Fee and postage
Please note that in addition to the basic price of the goods, the goods of each transaction will be charged an additional fee and postage: Hong Kong 15%; 25% outside Hong Kong (waived if shop in person)
PayPal payment instructions
We use PayPal as an online shopping payment platform. PayPal accepts the world's major credit cards, debit cards and bank account payments, is widely used and trusted by shopping sites, and is the quickest, most reliable and easy way to pay for local and global transactions. In addition, PayPal will not disclose your financial information to us;
PayPal's settlement currency is HKD. Bank or financial institution may charge you for remittance and other services. We will not be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred. For details, please check with the bank or financial institution;

手續費 及 郵費

郵寄方法
協青社採用香港郵政的郵寄服務，協青社在收到閣下款項後，會於三個工作天內將貨品郵寄至閣下所提供的地址；請清楚填寫收件人的姓名及地址，以確保貨品能準確送抵；任何在郵遞過程中導致之損壞、遺失、延誤，閣下須自行承擔有關風險。
親身領取
閣下可在完成網上交易兩個工作天後，於辦公時間內到協青社領取貨品，所有已繳付之手續費及郵費將不獲退還。
退貨及缺貨安排
如閣下發現所訂購的貨品有缺漏或損壞情況，請於收取貨品後7 個工作天內以電郵或電話聯絡我們，以辦理退換手續。請閣下保留有關訂購資料及收據以作依據；
其他
協青社所收集的個人資料只供內部使用，並不會公開作其他用途；閣下若委託快遞公司等收取物品，當與對方完成交付手續後，任何在運送過程中所引起的損壞、遺失或延誤等問題，協青社恕不負責；如遇突發事故，協青社或會取消任何交易，並以電郵或電話通知閣下；
