The outreaching teams are responsible for taking the initiative in seeking out and making initial contact with youngsters who are at risk because they are unable or unwilling to go home at night.

The Hang Out provides young people with a safe place to gather and hang out with their friends, and at the same time organizes leisure activities which encourage positive values.

City Challenge provides a series of training facilities for High/Low Level Event, Abseiling, Sport Climbing and Canoeing.

School of Hip Hop is to use Hip Hop culture, especially dance, as an intervention methold to serve young people. To raise youngsters' motivation to study or work, resume their studies or take up employment.

Y.E.S. provides young people (aged between 15 to 24) a stable work platform for learning and training in order to equip them with basic skills as well as regain their interest and spirit for work.

The target group of our family style residential centers is those youngsters who are in crisis and aged between 8 and 21. Social workers help them and their family to tackle their crisis or deal with the problem which they are facing.

Transitional Housing provide services for boys and girls between the ages of 15 and 21 who are working but are unwilling to live at home.

With a team of professionals including clinical psychologists, social workers, senior counselors and doctors, Concorde Psychological provide a one-stop service to the public who are concerned about psychological health.

Coordinate the fundraising and publicity campaign, to boarden the engagement of strategic partners, in order to raise fund and resources for rendering the quality services of YO.
