The Government Property Agency allocated 2 flats in Chai Wan to YO for establishing Boys' and Girls' Crisis Centres

Established all-night Outreaching service

All-night outreaching team was officially formed

YO was registered as a charitable institution

Launched Transitional Housing - Male Section for working youth

The Social Welfare Department invited YO to set up overnight drop-in centre (later develop as "Hang Out") for supporting temporary accommodation of 18-district all-night outreaching team

Since 1 June, the Social Welfare Department has provided funding under its "Agency-based Enhancement of Professional Staff Support Services" for our residents to consult Clinical Psychologists. Our social workers will refer needy youth to our in-house clinical psychologists for assessment and psychotherapy, which seeks to provide the youth and their families with comprehensive service and assistance

YO successfully introduced amendments to its constitution in August 2016 to enhance corporate governance and administrative efficiency
